Hi, I have just recently found out that the cable of my monitor is faulty. It usually displays a blue, green, or red tint, and other times it displays nothing at all. I used to just wiggle it around and it would display the right colors again, but it doesn't seem to work at all anymore. I'm thinking of changing the monitor cable...the only problem is the monitor cable is attached to the monitor (can't be unplugged). I've just spent a lot of money upgrading my computer and I don't think I can afford to buy a new monitor. Does anyone know a way to remove the monitor cable without damaging my monitor? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
